About Organization
Who We Are: SUBI Foundation is a community-based, non-profit, and non-political organization founded by young professional women from Humla District, Nepal — one of the most remote and geographically challenging regions of the country.
What We Do: We focus on improving the lives of marginalized and underserved communities by working in key areas such as health, education, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), gender equality, and sustainable livelihoods.
How We Work: Our approach is community-driven, emphasizing local ownership, participatory planning, capacity building, and behavior change to foster resilience. This ensures our projects lead to sustainable, long-lasting impact.
Our Partners: We collaborate closely with local governments, schools, health institutions, and development partners to effectively address social challenges and promote inclusive, equitable development across the region.
