What We Do

At the heart of our work is grassroots engagement. Subi Foundation Nepal implements community-driven programs across five thematic areas:

• Health: Improving access to primary healthcare services and health education.
• Education: Supporting inclusive, quality learning opportunities for all children and youth.
• WASH: Enhancing hygiene behaviors and providing access to safe water through community-based solutions.
• Gender Equality: Promoting women’s empowerment, leadership, and rights through awareness and advocacy.
• Sustainable Livelihoods: Enhancing community resilience through training, entrepreneurship, and resource-based income generation.

We integrate local knowledge, participatory practices, and behavior change strategies into all our programs. Through partnerships with local governments, schools, and development actors, we aim to build resilient, inclusive, and self-sustaining communities in rural Nepal.
